Prior to arrival, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires to inform us about the purpose of your visit.
On your first visit, you will be met by the Clinical Director, who will discuss your clinical needs and match you to the most appropriate practitioner in the clinic.
You will then book sessions with your psychologist on a schedule that suits your needs and begin the process of CBT.
Our fees are consistent with the guidelines suggested by the Ontario Psychological Association. Many third-party health insurance plans will cover or partially cover psychological services. Payment is required at the time of service. Clients are welcome to pay by credit card, e-transfer, or cash.
